60-Day Refund Policy

Unlimited Event purchases include a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Email support@glip.tv with the email used for your purchase and your event name or receipt reference so we can locate the payment. Do not send card details.

How refunds are handled

Our team processes refunds manually through Stripe to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
