Your sign uses your gallery’s sharing link, so every scan takes guests to the right event.

Create your event.
Start with the free plan and create a host account. Add your event name, then choose who can upload and whether you want to approve photos.

Make the sign yours.
Open your event’s Share tab and choose Design printable sign. Select Classic, Botanical, or Modern, then edit the heading and instructions.

Print. Test. Celebrate.
Use the web designer’s Print or Download option. Scan the finished sign on a phone and check an upload before placing it at your venue.

- Use your event’s QR code. Download it from your own gallery’s Share tab. The preview on this page opens the demo.
- Make it easy to scan. Keep the code sharp, dark on a light background, and away from folds, glare, or decorative overlays.
- Test the final printed size. Try it on more than one phone, at the distance guests will use it. Test the venue’s mobile signal or Wi-Fi too.
- Check what a guest can do. Open the link while signed out, upload a test photo, and confirm the privacy and approval settings you want.
- Plan the first scan. Put signs where guests pause: welcome table, drinks area, and reception tables. Ask your host or DJ to point them out.
- Make the gallery ready. Publish the event when you want approved photos to be visible. Draft events collect uploads into moderation first.
- Share a friendly reminder. Include the gallery link in your own thank-you message so guests can add moments they missed on the night.

Is the wedding QR sign free?
Yes. The sign designer is included with a free GLIP event, which lets you collect up to 100 photo and video uploads. Compare Free and Unlimited if you need more.
Do guests need an app or account?
Guests can open the QR link in their phone’s browser. For uploads without a guest account, choose Anyone for upload permissions. More restrictive settings can require guest access or a sign-in.
Can I use the QR code in my own stationery?
You can use your event’s QR code on your own invitations, table cards, or signs. Keep its light border clear and test the final print before ordering a batch.
What should I print?
Create your actual sign in the event’s Share tab, then use Print or download the SVG. The style preview here is for inspiration and leads to a sample demo. For a printable PDF, choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog.
