Terms of Service

These terms describe use of GLIP’s event photo and video sharing service. Contact support@glip.tv with questions.

Your account and events

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in access secure. Hosts are responsible for their event settings, invitations, and moderation choices. Guests must have permission to share the content they upload.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give GLIP permission to store, process, resize, and display it as needed to provide the gallery, downloads, and photo wall you use. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, harass people, or attempt to access events or accounts without permission.

Plans and payment

Free Event includes 100 photo and video uploads. Additional uploads may be locked until the host upgrades. Unlimited is a one-time purchase for one event, with the price shown before payment. It is not a recurring subscription. Upload-count allowances do not remove file-size, format, duration, or event-window limits shown in the service.

60-day refunds

If you are not satisfied with an Unlimited purchase, request a full refund within 60 days of purchase by emailing support@glip.tv. No explanation is required. See the refund policy.

Availability and copies of your media

Internet access and compatible devices are required. Service interruptions can occur. Download your own copies of important photos and videos; do not use an event gallery as your only backup.

Read the privacy policy for information about event visibility, service providers, and measurement tools. Contact support about access problems, inappropriate content, or payment issues.
