A little gathering with a lot of love
Give the family the moments they did not see.
The hosts and parents-to-be are often too busy greeting people to catch every photo. A shared gallery gives guests a place for the details, the games, and the familiar faces.

Agree on a host and a sharing plan.
Choose who will create the event, manage settings, and keep the downloaded files. Talk with the family about whether the link should stay within the guest group. A gallery can be a thoughtful part of the shower, but the family should know where the photos will be visible.
Make the invitation gentle and specific.
A sign by the welcome table can simply say Share your photos & videos from today. Keep the clickable link available too. There is no need to ask guests to photograph gifts, private conversations, or announcements the family has not chosen to share.
Review what is in the frame.
Gift tags, invitations, and decorations can include names, addresses, or a planned announcement. If the host wants to check contributions first, enable Photo Approval and review the gallery before sending it more widely. A sharing link is not a promise that recipients cannot pass it on.
Make the handoff useful.
Download the collection the family wants to keep and save a backup. Invite remaining guest uploads through your own thank-you message. If someone wants an image removed, make sure they know which event host to contact rather than assuming the person receiving the keepsake controls the gallery account.
Before you choose
Your questions,
answered clearly.
Can the shower organizer set this up?
Yes. Choose a responsible host and agree with the family on access, moderation, and who will keep the collection.
Should we show a live wall?
It is optional. For a more private gathering, collecting into an album without displaying a wall may be the better choice.
Be there. We’ll bring the photos together.
Every guest has a camera.
Give the memories a home.
