Choose a wall only if it fits the party.
A live photo wall can be fun at a milestone birthday, but a quiet gathering may only need an album. If you use a screen, test its connection and choose approval settings first. Ask someone other than the birthday person to review uploads when moderation is part of the plan.
Be especially clear about children’s photos.
Before collecting photos of children, agree with the adults responsible for the party about where the gallery link will be shared and whether images should appear on a public screen.
