A school celebration can bring photos from staff, families, and guests together. The first step is deciding whether the gallery and its sharing model fit your school’s rules and the people attending.

Start with the school’s decision, not the QR sign.
Ask the responsible school administrator to review the service, privacy information, and intended use before creating an invitation. Confirm who can collect images, who may see them, and how guardian preferences will be respected. GLIP’s gallery controls are not a replacement for your school’s permission and safeguarding procedures.
Explain exactly where photos will appear.
A private family gathering, a school-community gallery, and a public event screen are different audiences. Choose the narrowest sharing plan that fits the approved purpose. A recipient can forward a gallery link, so do not describe it as access restricted to a verified list of guardians.
Keep responsible adults in the review loop.
Choose an adult host and moderation plan. Review Upload Permissions and Photo Approval, then test the guest experience while signed out of the host account. Check images for student details or people who should not be included before they appear on a wall or through a broadly shared link.
Set an after-event process.
Decide who will handle removal requests, downloads, and retention according to school policy. Keep the collection in the school’s approved workflow when appropriate rather than leaving it with a departing volunteer. If the school needs features or assurances GLIP has not confirmed, choose a service that meets those requirements.
