A ceremony, family dinner, and graduation party may have different audiences. Name the GLIP event clearly and decide what belongs in it before sharing. If the school manages its own media or event links, keep your party’s invitation distinct so guests do not mistake it for an official school service.

Use a QR sign near the welcome area or a guest photo backdrop. A short request for photos and videos is enough. Share a clickable link with relatives who join later, and test the guest view on a phone while signed out before printing a batch of signs.
Check approval before showing a screen.
A wall can make a larger celebration feel connected, but it also changes who sees each upload. Review Photo Approval and choose a trusted person to manage submissions. Consider the graduate’s preferences and any younger attendees before circulating the link beyond the party.

After the celebration, send your own reminder with the same gallery link. Download the photos and clips the graduate wants to keep, and ask before using them in a public tribute or social post. Keep originals from professional photographers subject to their own sharing terms.
