In your event settings, review Privacy and Upload Permissions. Choose Anyone when you want guests to upload without a guest account. Photo Approval lets you review contributions before they appear on the wall and share link. Treat the sharing link as access that a recipient can forward; it is not a guarantee that only named invitees can view.
Let the album grow beyond the reception.
Place a QR sign at the wedding, then include the same link in your own follow-up message. Guests who were busy celebrating may contribute later. Decide whether this album is for the whole wedding celebration or a separate event, and keep your invitation clear so people know what belongs there.
Keep a copy you control.
After collecting the wedding media, download the files that matter to you and save a backup. A shared gallery is convenient for gathering and viewing; it should not be your only copy of irreplaceable memories.
