Choose the photo experience first
A camera game or everyone’s camera roll?
Digital disposable cameras and shared wedding galleries solve different problems. Start with the experience you want your guests to have, then choose the tool that actually provides it.

Choose a camera activity when the rules are the fun.
Disposable-camera-style apps can make taking pictures part of the entertainment: a set number of shots, a particular camera interface, or a reveal after the event. Those constraints may be exactly what you want. Check the app’s current guest access, camera-roll policy, video support, and reveal settings before choosing it.
Choose an upload gallery when the goal is collecting.
GLIP gives people a place to send photos and videos they take with their own phones. It suits contributions from preparation, dinner, and the dance floor without asking guests to shoot inside a special camera experience. A QR code or link opens the guest browser flow; host settings control who can upload and what becomes visible.
Decide whether the room should see pictures now.
If you want a shared screen during the reception, test a live photo wall and its approval settings at the venue. If anticipation and a later reveal are more important, compare tools built around that timing. Do not buy GLIP assuming its moderation queue is an automatic scheduled reveal feature.
Compare the cost of the experience you need.
Count guests, likely uploads, and any video or display features you want. Providers may charge by guest count, package, or event. GLIP’s free plan has 100 uploads, and Unlimited is $49 once for one event. A limited-shot camera game can still be a better fit when the game itself is your priority.
Before you choose
Your questions,
answered clearly.
Does GLIP simulate a disposable camera?
No. GLIP is a photo and video collection gallery with QR access and a live wall. It does not impose a film-style camera or a shot counter for each guest.
Could we use a camera activity and a gallery?
Yes, if you are comfortable explaining two experiences. Give each QR code a clear label, and check whether the camera service lets participants save and share their images.
Be there. We’ll bring the photos together.
Every guest has a camera.
Give the memories a home.
