Make the link’s purpose obvious.
Add a button labeled Share wedding photos & videos. Use the guest sharing link from your event’s Share tab, not the address from your host dashboard. An attendee should arrive at the guest experience without needing your account or seeing management tools. Test the button while signed out.
Keep one gallery across online and printed invitations.
The link on your wedding website and the QR sign at your venue should lead to the same intended event. Copy both from the gallery you plan to use. This gives guests a route before, during, and after the celebration without introducing a different photo destination for each message.
Keep private details out of the sign.
A wedding website may have its own password or privacy settings. Linking to GLIP does not automatically copy those settings. Review the gallery’s Privacy, Upload Permissions, and Photo Approval separately. Treat the gallery link as something recipients can forward, and share it only where you intend it to circulate.
Use a link before considering an embed.
A normal button or text link is the straightforward option across website builders. GLIP does not promise a native integration with every wedding website service. If you want an embedded gallery, confirm what your site builder and the gallery support before designing around it. The guest link and QR code work without an embed.

Do I have to rebuild my wedding website?
No. If your builder allows external links, add your GLIP event’s guest link to the website you already use.
Which URL should I paste?
Copy the Share Link from your GLIP event’s Share tab. Check it on another phone while signed out of your host account before sharing it.
