Keep the toasts before the toast everyone sees.

The rehearsal dinner may include a different group from the wedding. If its photos should stay with that group, create a separate event and share the link thoughtfully. An unlisted or private link can still be passed on by someone who receives it, so explain your expectations to contributors.

A small sign near each table can ask guests to share their photos and videos. Use the code from the intended event’s Share tab. There is no need to turn dinner into a photo challenge; one clear announcement from the host can make people aware of the gallery without interrupting conversations.

Let speakers know if guests are recording or sharing their toast. A gallery upload is different from keeping a clip on one phone, particularly if the link will be circulated afterward. Use approval settings if someone should review submissions before they become visible through the share link.

If the dinner and wedding have separate galleries, label and store their printed signs separately. Check each final code on another phone. Include the right event link in any follow-up message, then save downloaded copies of the moments you want to keep from each celebration.
